Coldwell Banker ONE is an independently owned and operated real estate company whose roots in the greater Baton Rouge area community stretch all the way back to the 1940s. We were founded by four entrepreneurial individuals: Durwood Gully and Betty Phelps - who were both active in the local and state Realtor associations and the Louisiana State Real Estate Commission - Andrea Phelps McKey (past National Association of Realtors Regional Vice President for Texas and Louisiana, past Chair of theNational Association of Realtors Convention, past President of the Louisiana Realtors Association, past President of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors), and David McKey (2016 National Association of Realtors Flood Insurance Committee Chairman, 2014 National Association of Realtors Regional Vice President for Texas and Louisiana, past President of the Louisiana Realtors Association, past President of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors). In 2003, Gully, Phelps, & McKey Realtors became an independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker company. In 2007, we joined with Saurage Realty to become the Coldwell Banker ONE.
