The need is great, as so many children in our area will enter the winter months in south Louisiana without a coat to keep them warm.

Started in 1988, "Pat's Coats for Kids" and the Baton Rouge community meet the challenge of keeping the children in the area warm during the winter.
Over the years, Pat Shingleton and WBRZ have given away over 200,000 coats, warming hearts across our region. This year Pat's Coats for Kids needs your help to give every child in our community warmth this winter. Pat's Coats for Kids is able to purchase high quality coats at a substantial discount, approximately $20 per coat. You can help!
