Coldwell Banker One is an independently owned and operated company whose roots in the Baton Rouge community stretch all the way back to the 1940's.  Our original founders, Durward Gully and Betty Phelps were both active in the local, state and national Realtor Associations and true professionals in the industry.  Present owners are David McKey and Andrea McKey.  Both have served as President of the local Realtor Association and also been voted as Realtor of the Year in the Greater Baton Rouge Asociation.  Andrea has also served as President of Louisiana Realtors and has been named statewide Realtor of the Year.

In 2003 the group became affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Franchise, and in 2007 joined with Saurage Realty to become the Coldwell Banker One of today.

The company works under a value system that includes Ethical Practices, Teamwork, Leadership, Quality Service, Innovation, Professionalism, and Community Involvement.  Our company has been a major sponsor of the "Pats Coats for Kids" drive for the past several years and has participated in other fundraisers such as "Toys for Tots", American Heart Association, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure".
